Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the total cost of your order. In the case of physical products, a refund will be issued only upon receipt of the product in an acceptable condition.

Each   of WAVE’s products or services carry a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee on them. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your service, you will be given a full refund of the amount paid.Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are constant and unavoidable. All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars, and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. All refunds are subject to this fluctuation and WAVE is not responsible for any change in exchange rates between time of payment and time of refund.

Customers may cancel at any time via written request to fi*****@wa**************.com. WAVE gives you an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee for any customer who paid the first invoice with a credit card or with Paypal.

Cancellations requested for courses that require more than one monthly payment after the initial 30 days  will go into effect on the renewal date for course package.

The following methods of payments are non-refundable, and refunds will be posted as credit to the hosting account:

Bank Wire Transfers
Western Union Payments
Checks
Money orders

There are no refunds on administrative fees.

Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.
